Hello. I have owned this phone for roughly 3 months now, and hadn't had any problems until roughly 3 days ago. Basically, it won't send text messages. It began a few days ago, not sending occasional ones, or taking much longer than it should to send. The last 12 hours or so, it hasn't been able to send messages at all.
Not sure if this makes a difference, but the problems didn't start until I cleared the phone of messages for the first time, which was roughly 10 days ago.
Any help would be much appreciated. Does this have to do with the text message center name and number? Thanks in advance. ![]()

Hi Jakerollings,
Welcome to the Nokia discussion forums and thank you for your first post and let me wish you a happy new year!
Firstly I would recommend you double the check the message centre name and number with your network provider to make sure its all correct. If it is I recommend doing a soft reset on your phone. By typing *#7780# on your phone this will reset your phone settings but will not erase any of your data. Your device may ask for a code to activate the reset. By default this is 12345.
Give this a go and hopefully your message issue should be resolved.
If your still experiencing the same issue then you could try a hard reset. Again by entering *#7370# this will reset your phone completely so you will lose all data on your phone so please remember to do a back up of your phone before you do this option but hopefully a soft reset will correct this issue.
Let me know if any of the above helps if not then please get back to me!
Regards

Thanks, and happy new year to you as well! The soft reset worked, and all is back to normal.
