6500c message editor word wrap

I did a software update on my phone to v8.30. After doing this I went to write a new text message to find that my words aren't wrapping onto the next line when the word is too long to fit, it puts the letters that don't fit onto the next line instead of the whole word. Is there any known fix for this or is this just a bug of the software updates?

Bump.

 

Same phone, same update, same problem. Can't see any way to fix it from the consumer side, any chance of a fix from Nokia?
