I hv Nokia5800 using since April'09 and servicce found satisfactory. Since last 3-4 days, i am unable to open & read mesage from Inbox, though all msg incoming allert, headline sender etc. everyhitn is visible. It is to mention here that this problem encountered after using Podcast service for musix/vedio. Further, performance is getting slow day by day comparing when it was new. Pls Help.

Iknow that after formating this problem will be solved.
But how i format my nokia5800 Express music ?

Dial *#7370# followed by 12345 (Default Security Code unless set by you) when prompted. You must be knowing what Formating means..hence no need to tell that it will erase all data from the Phone memory. Back-up before doing so.
