I have the last version of ovi maps, 3.3 and I am trying to use it but when I aske him to go to somehwere he is been saying WAITING FOR GPS and its been 4 minuts since I am waiting is this normal? is there things I have to do?

now I have neen waiting for 40 minuts and the mobile says : WAITING FOR GPS!!

I am searching offline , so do u think this is normal please tell me ,

If you bought your mobile between  june and september, I suggest you to a nokia care to fix the problem of gps.

After it will be better

Sometimes it needs just to close map application and enter again.

iv,e noticed turning the phone off and back on again seems to make the gps much faster,and much faster to lock onto sattelite.
