I can do it on my device but I can't do it on the ovi maps page.

I'm on the routing bit and the route comes up in kilometres and I want to see it in miles.

Can anyone help me change this.

Hi,

You can change it from the bottom right of the screen - where the scale is, there are 2 arrows, 1 pointing up, the other down. click on these to switch between metric and imperial.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to click on the scale icons on my 6710 Navigator

I know it's bad from to reply to oneself but I've found the answer

It's very carefully hidden but can be found at Maps>Options>Settings>Map>System of measurement.

The reason I didn't find it before is that there are five headings on the Settings>Map page so the side bar appears to be filled but "System of measurement" can be found by scrolling beyond "Maximum memory use".
