Is it possible to input the postcode of the destination you want when using the GPS in Ovi maps? I can't find how to do it, but I don't understand how else you're supposed to find the place you're looking for!?

I've tried doing that in search, but it never gives me any results!?! It doesn't even give me results for town names a lot of the time. Just as a bit of background, my phone completely died about 3 months ago and went back for repair.... when it came back I think they'd just wiped the firmware and re-installed it, and since then Ovi Maps search has been returning no results..... I've just wiped the phone and updated to Anna myself. Do I need to fix Ovi Maps somehow?

I should also have mentioned that this is an "Offline" search as UK maps have been downloaded to device previously. Incidentally latest map data set 0.2.44.110 only became available a few days ago, so suggest that you either use "Update" feature within Ovi Maps application upon device via WLAN access point or Ovi suite > Maps on PC to update your maps for the UK.

Searching actually worked last night when I had good reception.... Offline searching (which I can only do when there's no reception it seems) doesn't work either though, but I'm sure that I have the latest maps downloaded to my phone..... Any ideas why it wouldn't be working? Do I need to take my phone into Nokia d'you think?
