No voice guidance on Ovi Maps when connected to car bluetooth

The voice guidance on my wife's 5800 and my E71 does not work when the phone is connected to the cars bluetooth system, I think it is supposed to come through the cars speaker system, does anyone know what to do to get this working.  Thanks

Thanks for this, I did a search before posting and only found other voice guidance issues not related to bluetooth
