!?Is there faster way to download the map data other than using maps loader?!

This is starting to get very frustrating to me. Since I had to reformat my phone I lost all the map data I had for Nokia maps. I'm using Map loader to download the mapo data. I know the 896.3mb of memory (to download of all of NA) takes a while to download but heck I've download 800mbs AVI movies faster that this thing is downloading! On top of that I have had to restart the damn download all over again about 3 different times becuase each effin time has taken longer than 4-5 hours!!!!!!! :smileymad: Also one time i twas close to being about 90 percent only for the damn thing to tell me my Phone is no longer connected!!!! Oh by the way I am using N95-3 phone.

 

SO is there a way faster form of getting these maps?!

Um maybe you should consider downloading and installing a couple states at a time.  As far as download speeds go, you could try downloading at another time of day when the map servers are not so busy.

as far as i know , this is the only way to update your maps on your phone :crying: it does take forever to get it all going.
