I own a Nokia 5230 and N95, but recently I accidentally downloaded and installed the N95's Maps onto my Nokia 5230. It installed regularly but also replaced the original Ovi Maps on the phone. It still works correctly with the 5230 even though it was meant for the N95. It is almost fully compatible, though I would like to have the original Ovi Maps for the 5230 on the device. I don't know where I could download the original 5230 Ovi Maps because the Ovi Maps downloader just says to update the phone? ![]()

Welcome to the forum!
Although it would be a pain backing up essential data first, you may need to reset device to "Out of box" state by keying in *#7370# followed by 12345 (default Nokia lock code unless altered by yourself) for two reasons. Firstly, remove all traces of N95 v3.01 and secondly, free up enough phone memory to install latest version of OVI Maps v3.06 from here:http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/global/phones/
