Hi.

When I try to choose 'find on map' (I've added a new contact and want to put the map details on) i select:

1."FIND ON MAP"

2.it the takes me to "SEARCH" where I select the address.

 

It keeps saying "SEARCHING OFFLINE"  - then "(NO HISTORY AVAILABLE")

 

ALSO...... the location indicator shows the red locator with a red line going diagonally thru it.

 

I'm phone illiterate, could someone please help?  Thank you :smileyhappy:

Don't get any "Offline" issues provided entries under Street, Postal/ZIP and City for Address, although you can take opportunity to add House Number in "search" window before hitting the "green tick".

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.


However if my answer also solves your problem clickingbelow it will benefit other users!
