Dutch (Netherlands) language when I walk?

If I take the car the speech is in Dutch (Netherlands).
When I walk I have no Dutch, but English.
 

Is there a language pack for walking in Dutch?

Or is there a solution for this problem?

When I drive I hear the instructions in Turkish; when I walk they're in Englsh. It seems a bit awkward but the number of speakers for walking are somehow much fewer than those for driving. Guess (and hope) things will be improved in the near future.
