Hello everyone

Is there an alternative way of downloading Maps/Maps Updates for users who can't download via the Nokia Suite?

Also, any instructions on how to install? My maps data is 5 months old....... Couldn't update since then..

Suggestions?

If you could tell me whether for Ovi Maps version ≼ 3.04 or ≿ 3.06 and specific region/country/state required I'll post direct download link.

Thanks Bud. I use Maps 3.08 (Nokia N8-00). Maps i require the most is South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique and Swaziland.

No trouble at all, here you are. Once file(s) decompressed there are (16) folders 0 - 9 and a - f to be dumped upon existing folder structure in either E:\cities\diskcache or F:\cities\diskcache as appropriate accepting prompts to either replace or overwrite. You would also require ClientIndex Africa to go either E:\cities\diskcache\ClientIndex or F:\cities\diskcache\ClientIndex creating folder if not already present.

Video Streaming Settings are provided by your Network/Operator. Which Network and Country are you at? Try calling your Service Provider for the settings......
