Can somebody please explain how 'contacts'  work in V3.06 of maps?

Of what phone? Sorry but I cant seem to see contacts option in my 3.06 ovi maps on 5800. Are you using an S^3 device?

Admittedly using v3.08Beta on N8 but application just hangs at this point unless is set to go "Online" on Start-up:
