5800 XM - GPS not working...(Firmware V.40)

Updated to V.40 today thro NSU...

 

Now my GPS not working... I updated the maps v.3.01 using SW update.

 

I tried all the possible ways in the handset and GPS is not working... (Even Google maps says GPS has problem)..

In the location - GPS Data - Position - Satellite status - It finds few satellites but always shows Waiting for GPS

 

In Maps, Geoposition: No GPS fix in the dashboard.

 

Anyone have this problem or anyone knows how to solve this??

 

Any help appreciated....

The 5800 has always had an issue with slow sat locks.  Can you post more details, for example: what are the exact error messages?  Are you using A-GPS or not?  And of course, try this several times and give the phone enough time to get a sat lock.  Hopefully it's a transient issue.
