Does anyone have any idea why after reinstalling Maps 3.1 and redownloading the map data (after deleting cities folder & qf File) i no longer get the 3D landmarks i used to get?

the 3D landmarks appear only if you have a valid license.

Try shop & licenses->My licences and update.

Not so navio1973. I had these on my E90 and 5800 prior to having any license.

On my E90 I used the 7 day free licence and then purchased a 1- day licence. It looks like they dissapeared when the licence expired.

I have the free 7-day licence on my 5800 and they are still there - lic runs out tonight so I'll check it again then

... and by way of follow-up to my previous mail. My licence ran out on the 5800, and the landmarks dissapeared. Yesterday too I updated all maps on my wifes brand new N85. No licence and 3D landmarks missing - looks like there's been a change somewhere.

the 3d Landmarks worked without licences only with the 2 first beta of Nokia Maps 3.0, after the 3rd release of the 11th june to see them it was mandatory have a license.
