Here's my story:
I got my 64gb N9 in early november. The first day I got this (dare I say it?) beautiful peace of machine. BUT, it was crashing all the time... AND rebooting randomly...
Well, I was about to make a reclamation about it... but lord and behold, they actually called me before I could do anything about that dud of phone. They actually CALLED me and asked if I had problems with it (they called from a HQ in Espoo, Finland). Of course I replied that it was constantly crashing and I actually had to hard-reflash the damn thing on the first day!. They send me the bag to fill it with the old **bleep** phone to send it back to them (a padded envelope to drop into mailbox). I DID give'em back my old phone, but they send a whole new set with that bag (yes... I did nfc angry birds to get more levels... =D), and they let me keep the old stuff (silicon cover, earphones, usb-cable and the adapter) plus I got 6 months of free Tekniikan Maailma (a finnish tech-magazine). Now THAT is good customer service! (btw, the new phone hasn't been rebooted even manually since I got it!?!).
You should be asking the same treatment, no matter which country you bought it!
ps. It is good to have two sets of accessories =D

Oh, almost forgot... they said (not in exact words) :"We had a storage problem with these units"
I'm betting the flashdrive (or more the IC controlling it)... since this "reboot-problem" is more 64gb-related

I truly envy you jukkapukka...
My (still going) story,
I had the same problem, random reboots and crashes. When I first got it (in November) I installed developer mode and was able to see problems with I/O in the syslog. However, before I went to my local Nokia Care point it had gone from just random reboots to beeing unable to save password (some corrupt database/file) and then never started again. It just rebooted before even completing the current boot. I explained it to Nokia Care but when I got it back (three weeks later) they had "replaced a manual part and the battery" and of course "updated the software". Now atleast the darn phone booted, however, it still randomly rebooted... so I went back to the Nokia Care point (the same day) and explained that more people have the same problem and that they get their phone replaced and they sent it back to Nokia in Hungary (the highest support level, they assured me) and today I got it back (again three weeks wait)... they had "updated the software"... awesome... I started the phone, added my nokia account, google account and tried to install developer mode and the phone just started rebooting... again... this time, however, I was still in the Nokia Care point... the guy just said "sorry I can't do anything, we have to send it to Hungary... again..." ...so now I guess I wont see it for another three weeks until I can send it back to the store where I bought it... (three strikes and you're out) ...that's not service... that's just prolonging the suffering... why can't they just put the darn thing out of it's misery and give me a working phone...

@fiaval - I just gave back my N9 second time to NC in Warsaw and they said this time it will be send to central service (or sth like that) I sugested that service should look for this topic on this forum. Will see in 2 weeks what the result is.

Hi guys!
Looks I have the same issue with my black N9 64GB. Random reboots and random crashing apps.
I've e-mailed Nokia support in my country (Croatia) three day ago and still no reply. There's no Nokia Care points here, and only two larger Nokia official retailers so I'm still waiting for reply from Nokia office how should I proceed.
I wonder, did anybody else had a similar situation and what did you do? Contacted Nokia Care in Finland directly?
