I just bought a White N9, but I can't updating it yet to PR 1.1. No update OTA, nor through NSU.

My model is 059M8W6: N9 RM-696 Country Variant Switzerland CH White 64GB V1_COLOR.

Could you please let me know when should I expect to get it officially? It is quite frustrating to wait such a long time since the official release for no apparent reason; this is against the consumer experience indeed.

059M8W6 is not showing for pr1.1...only 059M8W9

is only showing up under 10.2011.34.1 firmware.

There are challenges with different laws, carriers allowing the updates and branding, and....BANDWIDTH to allow for the large downloads. so rolling it out to non-branded would usually happen much faster than carrier branded devices.
