My version is PR_299 from Australia. I don't get any update of PR 1.1 so far. And the official webside of Nokia shows there is no updates for N9. Why? does anyone have the same problem??

My N9 uses the PR_350.

Nokia.at shows me, that "an Update for your Mobilephone is available", but i dont see it on NSU or OTA.

Do i have to wait till a T-Mobile-Rollout of PR_1.1, because of a "brandet sw-version"?

Looks like PR 1.1 is not available for AU N9 yet. Haven't seen anyone with AU N9 got an official update from Nokia.

Both Nokia web and NSU showed the PR 1.1 update for couple of days before it disappeared (dono why). I did update my freind's N9 16GB black about a week ago (1.1GB download) and a few days later when I got mine N9 64GB black, the update was gone both from Nokia web and NSU .... so not sure what is happening ...

Well, looks like someone with AU N9 got an official OTA update, but I still don't see it for my AU 64G

UAE version has not got the update either.  It has been a long time since the release of PR 1.1.

059L5D0 here and no update. I don't get the problem with rolling out these updates. If Apple can update its phones at same time, why can't Nokia. It's so frustrating.

Totoally agree.  Updating all the regions at the same time should not be very difficult.  Updating at the same time definitely makes all the customers happy.  Knowing the update is out and waiting for it is kind of frustrating, especially when the initial release has some bugs that annoy people.

Totally agree. Have an iPad, iMac  and Apple's approach to global software update is second to none. I have only ever owned Nokia phones (with brief period when I tried an iPhone) but the Company's secretive and selective approach to software updates is pathetic. Had an N8 for twelve mths and I'm still waiting on the update for that despite the fact that the rest of the world had had it for ages.

There is no value in contacting Nokia Support - they have no idea what's going on. Mine is a straight Black 64GB n9; no contracts, no provider customization, nothing .... and yet I'm still waiting for the update. Hopeless

I convinced my girlfriend to quit iphone for N9. But since the beginning she had different problems (more than me). Bad reception, little bugs that 1.1 should solve. Today she told me she's tired and want to go back to iphone  HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THIS UPDATE? it would be nice to have at least one date.  I heard 2.5 weeks ago that everybody should receive it in 2 weeks.  But in fact its not the case.... hope that things change fast...
