It says the camera is not responding, and it wants you to restart the camera application, and if that dosen`t work then restart your phone.

I have tried both several times and it dosen`t work.

I found that others have the exact same problem on this forum http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=79802

I also have the same problem as they have with the version number. mine is (10.2011.34-1_PR_001) but i have upgraded to pr 1.1

I updated mine yesterday in finland.

Anyone else here have the same problem?

Mine is not working either. And this is very disappointing: First Nokia released a phone in October, which by any means was incomplete (first release had a number of problems) so a month later Nokia had to release an OS update to solve some of these problems and to add new ones.

very disappointing to say the least: It looks like Nokia forgot how to make good phones.

if you are using phone camera too often obviously you should not update

Uh.. I have PR1.1 and the Camera, Phone Torch, and Simple Mirror work.

maybe you should reset yours.

Doing anything odd with your device?

Maybe drop to terminal and run apt-get update && apt-get upgrade

The only problem I have since the update is my idle power usage has doubled/tripled.

Can you give more detailed instructions on how you did this? How do you execute the commands? Do you need developer mode or something?

You need developer mode. Then execute the two commands in the terminal. The terminal

is available in the app menu after enabling developer mode.
