Did you use Settings>Reset>Restore Setings or Settings>Reset>Clear Device? You should use the second one if you wish to wipe your phone to the out of the box state. Note you will also lose all your data so backup anything you need beforehand.

Just making sure it was the "Clear Device" you used when attempting the hard reset. Your original post only mentioned "Hard Reset".
That should have worked but it obviously didn't. Did you try it a second time?
What applications are you refering to?

Well, as I always keep hoping that miracle would come so it happened =)) I found a post here about Nokia Software Updater and decided to try to reupdate my device. That was a succes, my n9 reset and everything is working fine now. Good job to me ![]()
