My N9 was called for inspection after I filed a complaint, now the have sent me to go pick it up. Don't know if they replaced it or the screen, I will go tomorrow as it's in another city. I will update you with new information as soon as I get it

I got it back! This problem is gone, however I found another problem in it :@
And there are some scratches that were not there when I handed it at the micr-sim tray
I'm so angry now :@
The problem is I didn't notice them until I got home .. and it's a long way back to the city where Nokia Care lies!  

And based on my previous experiences with them, I actually doubt they will admit the scratches thing

Hi, I´m from Costa Rica and the nokia products are distributed by Eminent, the thing is that I noticed these black spots on the screen and took the device to them, they actually replaced it with a new one but it has the same issue. The second time I took to repair they told me it is a minor issue and wont replace or fix it!.

 I understand for what I´ve read here that it is actually solved by nokia but I still have this issue on my n9 and no solution, can someone tell me how to get to support cause e-mail option for my country doesn't work and the only response I got was from nokia US telling me to contact support for my country, HELP PLEASE.

I will really appreciate any solution you can give me.

Same here! Black spots on black background that are darker in colour.
My new N9 is from a USA seller on amazon.com and the phone came with EU plug and Nordic language manuals.
