remember:
you do not have a phone.
you have a MOBILE INTERNET DEVICE (MID) with telephoney capabilities.
you can do just about any regular browsing as your pc.
the meta data on the browser does not say anything about being a mobile browser. so most sites should pop up as regular sites. i notice that sometimes, if i am using the cellular network the mobile site pops up, but they usually have some link at the bottom somewhere to see site the normal way.
other "cellular phones" have meta data in thier browser that tell a website it is a mobile device, forcing to use thier limited mobile browser information....good example...bank of america.
if you go to bofa.com from any other phone aside from my n900, then it will force you to go to thier mobile site, and not allow you to do what you would normally do on thier website (unless you know how to change your meta data....wha-hahahaha) whereas if you go to bofa.com on your n900, it will allow you full functioning webpage access.
