How to uninstall an application or delete software on N900?

Hi everybody, I am trying to un-install applications I have downloaded to my N900 but couldn't find the options, please advise me, much obliged.

Its inside the app manager.. its more or less the same process you used to install them..

Open the app. manager, then select uninstall
