problem with n95 8gb-phone call

hi guys.whenever i call someone using my n95 8gb if the person picks up it`s fine.But if it`s not answered my phone hangs and not even the red button works then.All happens when i`m calling.

Also happens if theres no network coverage,it`s really annoying when i need to make repeated calls.

What can i do??
