problem in the sounds of E71

I have problem in my71 when I receive call.

When I have A call I use the green answer key to start speak , in the first 1or 2 second of the call

there is crack in the sound (only when I receive call) after 2 second everything will be oK.

I asked the Technical support of Network in my country he told me the problem is from my mobile.

Some of my friends have the same mobile ُ71 and there is not problem.

Is this probelm from the software of Hardware? please help my to find the solution
