hi nokia

i know you are busy in solving all the problems but i have a one very huge problem for me

my nokia music jack had a crack in it i showed it at nokia carepoint thy said its minor and wont affect but after a month the music jack stopped working and when i checked the y the jack had broken. i again went to nokia care and they simply showed cold shoulder and said its not covered under warranty am surprised how come its not under warranty as youw ant around 45 % of original cost for replacing the music jack (i was told that the cost of replacement is rs 7500 and the cost of n8 is 24000) isnt that surprising . cant you have better service than this please help...

Sorry to hear of your experience and AFAIK you are the first to report such issue with N8 on the forum; you may be just unlucky or perhaps it was strained carrying in jeans pocket.
