Whenever I try to start my phone camera a message saying: "Unexpected error occurred. Restart phone" appears. I have already reset the phone to original settings, format the memory card, upgrade the software, but still the camera does not work. If you have any hints please let me know. Thanks

Did you try to do a soft reset?

Soft reset. In standby dial *#7370# and the phone's lock code (Nokia's default lock code is 12345). Warning!Soft reset deletes all your phone's data!

If this doesn t help, you will have to take your phone to a nokia care point.

Yes, I have tried that, still the same error...I was hoping not to go to care point.
