nokia N70 not working with Airtel Sim

my nokia N70, v 5.0737.3.0.1, RM-84  is not working with any airtel sim. After inserting any Airtel sim as i switched on, it goes in offline mode. And as i try to search network manually it says "insert sim".

But as i place any other network's sim is start working properly.

Hi idev,

 

If other sims work properly, it may be the Airtel sim which is the problem. Have you tried replacing the Airtel sim with a new one?

 

For more information, we suggest you contact Airtel directly as to why this may be.
