nokia 5800 says tv out when I conect headphones

my nokia says tv out connected automatically when I connect my headphones in. Someone please help me fix this.

It may mean that dust / lint from your pocket for example has entered the socket, perhaps put a drop of WD-40 on jack plug and insert and rotate through 360° before removing; I would not use canister of compressed air as you may just blow debris into camera.
