nokia 5800 problems nid some help

i need help on my 5800

first i was reformat it using *#7370# and my wlan failed

and then i reset it again my music player malfunctioned

it will search for music and podcasts very long that I have to stop it

and when I play a file it can't control its volume either with the headset

the buttons cannot function

someone please help me with this problem

i am very thankful who will help me
