Take battery out then put if back after 5 minutes. try to turn on. If not you have to hard reset it.
press and hold Green (call) key + Red (end) key + Camera key while turning your phone on. Release those three key when phone shows Nokia logo.
Hard reset will erase all your data on phone memory.

Just confirming... What was the battery status when you installed the programme ? Connect the phone for charging for about 15-20 minutes.. Then try to switch it on..

It seems you have to visit the Nokia Care... and regarding the Data . its a BIG sorry if you have not taken a back-up..
P.S. Always take back-up at regular interval and / or when you install some new application / add data.. This can come handy in such un-forseen conditions..

It seems thats the last option left. It depends upon the Nokia Care branch,, how much time it may take.. My friend's Nokia X3 met with the 'White screen of death' phenomenon.. (yes..same as not starting...) and that was flashed within a few hours at Nokia Care here in Mumbai.
.. it will also depend how well equipped they are at your location. Less time if they can do it there and there.. more if they require it to send somewhere else to do the work.. Also the waiting list.. If there are many phones laying for repairs it may take longer..
As far as the warranty goes.. you should be able to get the benefit. But if its proved that the cause of the problem is installing illegal or incompatible software / application there may be an issue..
The hanging may be due to non-compatible applications or system overloading..

yup i think is not non-compatible program because it already said that used for nokia 5800 and N97..
but my thought is, they still the same symbian OS right? so i installed it.. ![]()
well then,thx for your assist....
and about my quote question..can u answer it?
