My nokia x6 is auto off. I hv nvr had any problems wit it previously but after I updated d software, it auto off whenever I'm using it. Wat can b d cause for it?

Although it would be a pain necessitating backing up essential data first, have you thought of trying to reset device to "Ouit of box" state by keying in *#7370# followed by 12345 (default Nokia lock code unless altered by user)? Suggest you then try device before restoring possibly corrupt settings to it.

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.
