Hi there everyone, i've got an N80, and this weekend my nephew was playing with my phone and he changed the damn security code...the default code is 12345...now it isn't...
there is anyway of changing it back? =/

No, because the PUK code is for the sim card and not the phone itself.

A format won't reset the code because you need the code to format it.

The only people who can remove the code are a nokia care point/service centre. They will need to see proof of purchase or your contract to ensure that you are it's rightful owner before they will reset the code. You will lose all data on the phone when they reset it.

When I upgraded my firmware, it reset all the security codes to default.

Some FP1 models have that bug where the code gets reset.

It makes the whole phone security system pointless and easy pickings for thieves.
