Please help me. I love my phone and everything was working fine. I've had the Nokia 5530 for 3 weeks now, then about 3 days ago whenever a call comes in and I press answer it shuts off. At first I thought the battery was low but after changing it I found that that was not the problem. The touch screen for at that area works fine in everything else just whenever I try to make a call or answer a call it shuts off. This really bugs me after all I got the phone not for its spectacular functions but to make calls. Please help I am hoping its just a little something that can be fixed with a download or some sort of setting adjustment or something. I would hate to have to return it as it is under warranty but I am on vacation and not in the states right now.

Check to see if your using the latest software and if not perform an update.

Check the ports for dust too.

also, try to change your sim card.
