Since I can´t reebot with memory card, my main screen is completly wrong, i can´t see my four shortut icons (i can see only hover icon), green (last calls) and red buttons doesn´t work, two bottom icons (num keyboard and contacts) doesn´t work too. So if I want to insert hard reset code, I can´t.. . Restart without memory card and SIM card, shut down-power up and restore factory settings can´t solve my problem. Can you help me please?

Press and hold GREEN + RED + CAMERA when powering up.



Keep the keys pressed until you get the shaking hands. That should fully reset the device, with a lock code of 12345.

Ok I´ll try this tonight, I hope that nokia pc suite will restore contacts, apps etc. prom my backup.

Can you tell me why this happend? And is this common?

OK, so here it is again. Nothing on the main screen does not work.

it happened after I had to turn off the phone (normal shutdown). And then he did not want to start with SD and SIM, NOKIA inscription shone only, the phone did not go off. I had to pull the battery. Then I booted without the SD and SIM, and the main screen again...
