Hi,

 

I have purchased e 72 on Thursday 6th May, 2010. In few occasion specially when I am browsing the net on my mobile my phones gets hanged and restart automatically.

 

I have already updated my software.

 

Kindly advice.

First, try to change your sim card.

I also bought a e72 recently, 19 May 2010. since i have it, I got a feeling that the device is not stable. It keep auto restart when I connect to the net, open some application, control panel..... every where. I feel very frustrated with it. I even sent to the Nokia Care twice. The technician just format & restore the software and told me to remove the Memory Card.... but still the same problem... Please help me! did anyone facing the same problem with me on your E72.

this is noted with nokia as there is a complete thread on it in the e series forum you have 14days take it back to the shop get it replace or a refund or send it to a nokia care centre

If  i have helped at all a click on the white star below would be nice thanks.

I fully agree with you. I too bought the E 72 on 7th of June 2010 and on 20th I first faced the problem of rebooting of the mobile while opening the web. After that on 28th of june the mobile started reflecting message WEB: MEMORY FULL TRY CLOSING SOME APPLICATIONS.

I have visited thrice to Nokia's service centre they updated the software but still the problem persists.

I even mailed to Nokia India but even after 12 days I am still awaiting response from the company.

 

I think this is the useless mobile I have purchased, I'd been a vivid Sony user and have never faced any such problems in their mobiles atleast for the 2 years , I keep the mobile.

 

Can any one suggest the solution to this problem or can any one guide me on how to return back the mobile to Nokia and get refund.
