Nokia e71 sound problem

Hey there , hope that someone will help me with this.

 

I get no sound on my Nokia e71.

Not at all , i get no sound of mp3 songs .

I dont know what caused that.

did you drop it in water?

 

it sounds like a hardware problem but you could try soft reset in case it's the software;

Soft reset/reformat - Type *#7370# and the phone's lock code (Nokia default lock code is 12345). Warning!Soft reset wipes the C drive/phone memory!
