My phone is 3110c While I am using the memory card the phone is automatically restarting. My two other friends is suffering the same phone.IS it the problem of the 3110c Model?

Did you check if the 3110 C is to recieve any FW upgrade?

when u start ur phone immedietely press the menu . if still then ur phone restarts then switch off ur phone immedietely manually dont let it to restart by itself . again switch on ur cell . its my own experience so dont take to be granted ................ if it works then tell it to ur frnds

You could try using a memory card reader,if you have one on Pc.

YOU CAN SOLVE THIS PROBLEM BY MAINTAINING THE PHONE MEMORY BETWEEN
350KB TO 500KB I THINK THIS WOULD HELP YOU

My nokia 3310c also restarts every time i turn it on, but now i don`t even put in memory card or sim card. It resets every time... PLZ help

Those who still have this restarting problem on Nokia 3110c ... Im telling the solution again, step by step.
It ll work . you dont need to go 4 the firmware v5.05


If ur phone restarted 3 or 4 times and switched off automatically. Try this
method
1] Remove the battery and Micro SD card
2] wait about 5 minutes
3] Then switch On the phone WITHOUT the memory card

Now ur phone working well without restarting

4] Then you must restore Factory settings frm the Settings Menu
[default security code:12345]
{i know most of people have done this thing,but remember u have 2 go
with the correct order.Unless it will not work.OK}

5] Now apply a theme. The theme's size should be below 100kb

6] Now ur phone working fine without the Micro SD

7] Then wait about 5 minutes and Switch off ur phone

8] Remove the battery and insert the Micro SD
{Don t Format the memory card}

9] Switch On ur Nokia 3110c phone.
10] Now Keep ur free Phone memory space [Not the memory card's free space]
between 470kb - 499kb.

Now surely ur 3110c working fine about 5
months.During these time u can
1] Send/receive any file via bluetooth.
2] Enjoy Music,video, GPRS,Yahoo Go .....etc
3] Also u can Update music library anytime.
but remember below DONTs
1] Don t try to change themes.{u have to stick with a theme}
2] Charge ur phone in ON mode
3] Dont fully discharge the battery
4] Start charging ur phone when there is only a bar on Battery indicator
5] Dont erase calender notes

Make sure about above 5 Donts

Dont worry if ur phone restarted once.{U know the problem is restarting several times
and automatically swiched off.}

After 4 or 5 month there is a possibility to occur the problem again.
if so Follow the above steps again.

what you do is turn off the back ground theme and restore factory settings once then switch off the handset for ten min, i guess you wont face any concern. If still you are facing the same the flash the S/W

to solve this problem u have to install new software for your mobile and format the memorey before intalling it into your mobile after new soft installed

I had the same problem with my MicroSD 1GB card until I made separate folders for all files in the card. Now, now more restarts..HTH

Despite the steps analyzed by you to eliminate the re-starting problem, the problem still persists.Please, update me on how to go about resolving this issue because it is really frustrating to get a phone of it's worth and being unable to enjoy the design.

I will appretiate you sending a mail to me on how to resolve this qualms

The cause of this problem in my experience with my MicroSD

- Many folder and a lot of data and music
- Put many data via card reader

How to slove my problem

- Don’t put many data via card reader
- If want to put data to memory must put direct by usb cable to phone

After I have deleted 415 messages and moved 2 ringtone files received through bluetooth enabled another nokia phone, No Problem!!! No Problem!!!

No need to go round trip of making all system settings restore... boot first boot second. Its working!!!! IT IS WORKING...

even i was facing the same problem a month ago, but then i got the phone's software updated..trust me, the problem is with the software itself..i got it done and then i dont have any problems now..first i used to fill in 200 mbs and then it started to restart, but now, i have 762 mbs filled in, and it has not even restarted for once..
it worked for me..why not try it..
