My phone must be about a week and a half old and today when i turned it off it wouldnt switched back on at all?!

Not a clue what to do, any company i phone do not answer their phones so thats pretty useless.

I have the nokia x6 16gb but not a clue how to fix it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are yo sure the battery is not flat? If not, leave the phone charge for a while before trying to start it. Also check to make sure the battery is seated properly and is not loose.

If it isn't the battery, try removing the battery and leaving it out for at least 15minutes before replacing. If that does not do the trick then you might have to try the hard reset. To hard reset, press and hold the green + red + camera button then turn the phone on while holding the other 3 buttons until you see the handshake. Note that the hard reset will wipe all your data, so unless you have a previous backup, you will lose all your data.

You could try hooking up the fone to your pc with the usb cable, and see if the fone boots up.

If all else fails your next step is to get the device into the hands of a Nokia Service Centre.
