Hi,

Just had this since I went to v11:

If the phone is locked for more than a few minutes, when i slide the unlock switch the keypad appears immediately, but it take about 5-8 seconds before it responds to being pressed.

Anyone else had this?

I agree on this.

It might be some bugs in the unlock software. I had yesterday a critical issue with the unlock slide which was not unlocking the phone anymore.

This issue appeared after I ran out of battery. I plugged my N97 mini in my PC, using the Nokia USB cable, in order the recharge the battery over USB. I then powered my phone on (still connected to the PC over USB). After a while, I wasn't able to unlock the phone.

Pressing a key had for effect to wake up the display and pop up the message saying to use the unlock slider to unlock the phone.

Sliding the unlock slider had NO EFFECT.

I tried many times to unlock it, I also waited half an our until I retried, but the unlock slider was really not responding anymore.

Finally, I removed the battery to power off the phone, then I powered it on and since that, everything is working normally.

The phone has already the latest firmware. I hope that Nokia will be able to correct the bug.

Hi,

I have my Nokia N97 mini now for 4 weeks, and I am getting the same,

Unlocking the keyboard is very very slow..

This is very annoying especially when you are in a hurry..

Please Nokia help us.
