N95 camera freeze after few camera shots,dont have autofocus also

My Nokia N95 freeze after few camera shots and after that i have to remove battery. Some times also after few camera shots I dont have autofocus (only red square). I have updated newest firmware (35.0.002), and steal have the same problem. My phone was on O2 network, and phisically dont have any scratch. Afrer a few years it look like new one. Please help me.

try this;
*#7370# . This code wipes your C drive. The default lock code is 12345 .

If this does not help, take the phone to a Nokia care point.
