N95 Firmware Update - Backed up but cannot restore contacts or calendar!!

Hi,

 

Wondering if anyone can help me..

 

I updated my firmware from v13 to v30.0.015, I backed everything up using Ovi which seemed to work fine, updated firmware.. went smoothly.. restored data to phone using Ovi again which seemed to work fine also..

 

All text messages were still there.. all pics and music there but the Contacts and Calender are blank. Strage thing is that all the text messages still have the names of the senders next to them but I can not access their details from my contacts menu..

 

oh.. and yes I did put a little tick in the box next to contacts and calender when Ovi's content copier asked me what I wanted to backup and restore..

 

Please help me?

Hi lukkiwaster

 

If you look in Paragraph 42 of FAQ to Nokia Software Updater you will see advisory to reset device by keying in *#7370# after updating which may have helped:http://europe.nokia.com/A4577229#faq43

Hi

I have same problem with my N95 (I already regret that I have updated it, no difference only hassle).

Anyway, got almost all my files (pictures, music ...) except the most importent - conacts and messages.

Tried to restore settings - doesn't work.
