Please help me,

My nokia n95 8g was working great , until yesterday the screen freezes and when i closed it and opened it again , the screen was black and also there is no sound to show that the problem is in the screen, the only thing that i can see is the light of the menu keys,

I removed the battery and putted it again and still nothing,

Please help,

firstly, take the battery out for a longer period of time, say ten to fifteen minutes then replace it and try to power on. if there is still nothing, then you may have to perform a hard reset. however, this will delete all data stored in your phone memory. this is achieved by: with the phone turned off,  pressing the green call key, 3 key and * key all at the same time, then pressing and holding the power button until the Nokia hands logo is displayed. failing this, you will need to take your phone to your local Nokia Care Centre for them to take a look at.

thanks alot, I tried to remove the battery for long time and when i put it, the phone works ok for few seconds and then the screen freeze again,

I tried the comobo keys but it didnt work, and i tried the codes and it works fine but when it restart and ask me to choose the country and when i was selecting the country the screen freeze again !!!

as your problem is still persisting, the only option you have left is to take your phone to your local Nokia Care Centre for them to take a look at.
