N86 FM Transmitter problem

major problem:

 

I've just bought the new N86 3 days ago, its amazing and great, but today I faced a really frustrating problem. The problem is with the FM Transmitter, whenever I try to activate it I get a message saying "Feature is not supported", now I read about the FM Transmitter allowance in my country and it is allowed (I am in singapore, and from http://www.nokia.com/fmtransmitter shows the status of Kuwait as YES allowed). Please help.

Remember FM Radio & FM transmiter do not work togather. Check out Radio is OFF
