Since today my gsm doesn't vibrate anymore,
I reset all my configurations. But nothing worked. What should I do??

That happened to me before after droppping my phone..When dropping it again by accident it worked again There is a little vibration motor inside the phone which may not be alligned properly.If it is under warranty bring it to nokia centre for repair!! If not -you could try gently tapping /flicking the back of the phone and see if that works

Did you dropped the phone? Was the phone being charged at the time?

Try this.

Connect your phone to Nokia PC Suite using a cable. Copy a music file onto the phone and then disconnect the phone. Then try if the vibration is back.

It sounds funny, but I've seen somewhere on the internet who managed to bring vibration back on his N95 and I followed the same method bring back vibration to my N93.
