Hi,
I am not sure if I understand you completely. But if you are expecting the phone to ask you for password each time you access the memory card, it does not happen like that. Once you set a password for your memory card, the phone saves the password automatically. But if you put the card in another phone, you cannot access any data unless you know the password..
Note: If you plug in an encrypted memory card to another device, don't format it even if it tells that it cannot recognise the data as you'll lose all data.

Ya! that's write but why can't it unable to lock within my phone itself only .Insted of another devices.
