I just purchased this cell phone. It came with a Simi card. But no operating manual. I have know idea how to activate the phone. I won't give out the number hand written on the card but it looks like a phone #. Do I just activate the card? Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. This is my first cell phone. As one can tell.

When you insert the SIM.. you will come to know the Operator (that will get displayed ..) Contact the operator for a plan suitable to your needs and get it activated..

Or if the SIM is already with some credit balance than you will be able to use it immediately.. and recharge the credit when it nears zero balance..
