Try a soft reset.
Soft reset. In standby dial *#7370# and the phone's lock/security code (the Nokia's default lock/security code is 12345). Warning!Soft reset deletes ALL your phone's data!

Thanks for replying,
If i soft reset the phone thn all data will be gone, ok
but i want to know data means -contacts, messages etc or the applications also which were preinstalled like themediv, smstimer etc. And if gone, is there any way to get them back?

Well, if you do a soft reset will be gone all the files you have in phone's memory. All contacts, messages, videos, photos, apps, games... The preinstalled apps won't be gone. If you wish to keep these files, backup your stuff.

I found no way around and tried almost everything to repair or troubleshoot my problem. Finally i have to format my n79 and after formatting now i can install java applications but the cost of formatting which i paid is lost of some good builtin applications, which i dont know how to get again as they are availabe as a trial version only.
Well i am not happy with this method cos there should be any work around of this kinda problems.
