i read lot about bug(camera already in use) ..it is said to be fixed in v41.0.010 but it isnt working in my cell with v41.0.010,rm -612.It displays "already in use".

Try a hard reset and see if this solves the issue. If that doesn't do the trick it might be worth visiting a local care centre where the phone can get checked on any errors. If a software update hasn't solved anything, this might be something that needs to be repaired. You can find a care centre by going to your local Nokia web page and clicking on the Support tab.
