I have had Nokia's for the last 10 years and thought Nokias customer service would be as good as their phones, how wrong.
I have a 5800 Xpress under warranty and the touch screen doesn't work correctly. I first tried to book the online collection service, via ups, but the page locked out and wouldn't let me book a collection. I called nokia and talked to some country who assured me it would be collected by UPS on a specified day. This day came and went and no UPS. I called customer services and told i had to phone back the next day to get it resolved.
I called back and they still wont resolve the issue. They keep on saying they will book it for collection and it never happens.
Any advice as this is c--p service.
